Lash Extension Removal

A professional grade lash removal cream is applied to the lashes , to allow for pain free removal of lashes. This will also prevent the natural lashes from getting damaged , compared to alternative or at home removal. *By booking this appointment you agree to all policies listed on my website under “policies”*

Booking & Payments

A card is required on file for all new clients. Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment; this deposit goes toward the final cost of your service. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: card, Apple Pay, Venmo, and cash. You must receive a confirmation text to verify your appointment time. If you don’t receive a confirmation text, your appointment is not booked in the system. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment slot and keep the schedule running smoothly.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to receive the full service or will receive a shortened service at full price. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a 25 % fee or loss of deposit. Multiple no-shows will forfeit deposits and require full pre-payment for future bookings, and may eventually result in being blocked from scheduling. Please be respectful of my time 💛

Prep & Aftercare

If your service requires it, please arrive with no makeup around the treatment area to ensure an efficient and effective appointment. Lash clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Be sure to follow all aftercare instructions provided at your appointment. Avoid oil-based products, rubbing, or picking. Cleanse daily with an approved lash cleanser. Client retention depends on proper aftercare and lifestyle. The artist is not responsible for poor retention caused by client negligence.

Refunds, Fixes & Removals

No refunds are given once a service has been completed. If there’s a concern, please reach out within 48–72 hours for assessment. A complimentary touch-up or removal may be offered at the artist’s discretion depending on the service or situation. Discomfort or premature shedding caused by aftercare negligence does not qualify for a complimentary fix, but free removals are available in some cases if the client reaches out in a timely manner.

Allergies & Foreign Fills

Please disclose any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. Mild irritation within 24 hours can be normal; in the rare case of an allergic reaction, a free removal will be offered (refunds not provided). If you are prone to allergies, a patch test is recommended before a full set, tint, facial, or wax. A foreign fill refers to lashes done by another artist. A consultation or photos may be required. Depending on lash condition, a removal and new full set may be recommended. Retention cannot be guaranteed on foreign fills due to unknown products or techniques.

Photos & Professional Environment

The artist may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes, always used respectfully without sharing client info. Clients may opt out if preferred. For safety and focus, no guests, children, or pets are allowed during appointments. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. These policies apply to all services including lash extensions, lash lifts & tints, brow lamination & tinting, facials, and waxing.
